Responsibilities include installing protective vehicle covers, moving vehicles to correct parking locations, assisting with customer interactions, and performing miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • assist customers promptly and professionally
  • install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service
  • identify the service advisor for the customer and notify them
  • drive vehicles from the service lane to proper parking locations
  • retrieve customer vehicles upon bill payment or advisor direction
  • maintain parking lot and work area cleanliness and organization
  • assist Service Receptionist with incoming calls
  • support Shuttle driver as needed
  • perform clerical tasks assigned by service management
  • report safety or integrity concerns to management
  • maintain a valid local driver’s license and report changes
