The role of Service Porter at Harper Audi is a vital part of maintaining the seamless operations of the service department. This full-time position involves working Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with alternating Saturdays to support the dealership's busy schedules. The Service Porter is the first point of contact for service customers, greeting them warmly and directing them to service advisors, ensuring the start of an excellent customer experience. Essential duties also include parking vehicles, retrieving and moving cars between the service lane, car wash, and parking lot, keeping the service area neat, and performing various tasks to support service operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive attitude, demonstrate reliability and professionalism, and be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
