We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Service Lane Attendant to join our service department team. This role is crucial in maintaining vehicle flow within our service lane, service drive, and auto group parking lot. The Service Lane Attendant will collaborate closely with our service advisors and technicians to ensure that customer vehicles are promptly moved through the service process and returned in excellent condition. This position requires strong organizational abilities, clear communication, and an upbeat attitude to support both the operational team and the customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle movements on the service lane and parking areas, ensuring each vehicle is ready for return post-service, and keeping service areas clean and well-maintained. The role also involves key tracking and adherence to dealership display standards to present a professional and organized appearance. Customer interaction is a vital part of the job, and maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor while addressing customer needs is essential.
