Job Duties
- Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional way
- Drive vehicles safely around the dealership and service lot
- Prepare vehicles for service with seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats
- Clean and detail delivery vehicles and loaner vehicles
- Wash and maintain vehicles on the lots so they look their best
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning such as vacuuming, windows, and surfaces
- Double-check vehicles for cleanliness before customer delivery
- Help keep the lot and work areas clean and organized
- Support the service team, shuttle drivers, and reception area as needed
- Learn new tasks and take on responsibilities as you grow
