Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to perform manual labor tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
- strong work ethic
- positive and helpful attitude
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively

- no prior automotive experience required

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- safely move vehicles within the service department
- organize vehicles on the service lot according to dealership display standards
- assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off
- provide a friendly and professional demeanor to customers
- assist customers with loading and unloading belongings from their vehicles
- answer basic customer questions and direct them to service advisors when needed
- maintain a clean and organized service area by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing trash
- assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as directed
- shuttle customers to and from dealership if applicable
- perform errands for the service department such as picking up parts
- adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
