Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the iconic McDonald's branding and menu products, but employment matters at this restaurant are managed independently by the franchisee. This means the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, oversees hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of all employees. McDonald's USA does not receive employment applications nor does it participate in employment decisions concerning this position.
