Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- Successful completion of a sanitation training program before or during the first year
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- Develop and uphold work plans
- assemble production materials
- Oversee daily activities in order to facilitate smooth operations
- Ensure maintenance of food production to meet safety and quality standards
- Ensure a sanitary unit that meets health and safety standards
- Keep track of all food safety and temperature documentation
- Keep inventory counts accurate through weekly assessments
- Record the upkeep demands for machinery
- Carry out maintenance checklists and propose equipment changes
- Manage and judge staff members to advance development and performance
- Supervise and instruct food service workers to ensure compliance
- Create a secure and hazard-free environment for employees
- Substitute for unavailable employees
- Ensure continuous communication with staff
- Engage in discussions during team meetings
- Foster open communication and collaboration
- Remain informed about daily catering affairs
- Work intermittent evening and weekend catered occasions
- Carry out cashier duties
- Aid in further obligations as assigned by Food Service Director or Manager
