This position is a full-time role situated at the Downtown Disney district, a vibrant dining and entertainment hub located at 1547 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA. The Service Manager I will play a pivotal role in maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of service and operational efficiency. This role comes with a competitive annual base salary ranging from $72,900 to $89,400, depending on experience, market factors, and business needs, exclusive of bonuses and additional benefits.

As the Service Manager I, the incumbent will lead the food runners and bussers, ensuring that the dining room flow is smooth, areas are clean, and guest satisfaction is consistently achieved. This role is essential to upholding the brand promise of delivering a seamless guest experience by overseeing table turnover, cleanliness, and food delivery logistics. The Service Manager I is charged with training, coaching, and developing the support staff within the front-of-house operations, instilling teamwork, urgency, and service pride. They will also communicate role expectations, monitor the team’s performance, and hold members accountable to maintain excellence at every touchpoint.

Operational responsibilities include managing labor efficiency by ensuring proper staffing levels, especially during peak hours, and assisting in overseeing the inventory of cleaning supplies and service equipment necessary for daily FOH functionality. The role demands strong leadership skills, an ability to work under pressure, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency in guest service.

Candidates must be prepared for the physical demands of the role, which includes standing for long periods, lifting over 20 pounds, and exposure to varied temperature environments. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of restaurant experience in casual to upscale casual dining, with a preference for those who have previous supervisory or lead experience in the restaurant industry.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years restaurant experience in casual or upscale casual dining
  • Ability to stand for long periods
