Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or bar management preferred
- knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- ability to train and develop team members
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- preferably have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- passion for training and developing team members
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
- assist in managing shift operations
- coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively
- create legendary experiences for guests
