As a full-time Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all Front of House daily operations and managing the team responsible for delivering the company's signature legendary food and superior customer service. This leadership position requires a proactive approach to driving sales, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards in food handling, safety, and cleanliness. The Service Manager is tasked with enforcing employment policies and regulatory compliance, managing the training and performance evaluations of Front of House staff, and ensuring that the restaurant adheres to responsible alcohol service guidelines. In addition to staff management, the role includes supervising liquor orders, controlling costs, and supporting team members' professional development through regular coaching sessions and performance feedback.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team to exceed service expectations consistently. You will be instrumental in fostering a motivating and fun workplace atmosphere by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentivizing staff performance aligned with the company’s core values and operational goals. Responsibility also extends to scheduling, task assignments, and recruitment efforts, as you will actively participate in reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and recommending new hires. Job Duties

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
