The company is currently hiring a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House operations at its locations. This role is a key leadership position that focuses on managing employees who interact directly with guests to ensure the delivery of legendary food and service. The Service Manager is responsible for driving sales, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and service, and managing employee performance. In this position, the manager enforces employment policies, assures restaurant cleanliness and guest safety, and oversees liquor inventory and compliance with legal regulations. Beyond managing daily tasks, the Service Manager also plays a critical role in training staff, providing ongoing feedback, and developing the abilities of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly team members.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years’ experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • ability to enforce policies and procedures
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • knowledge of safe food handling and liquor laws
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to coach, mentor, and discipline staff
  • computer literacy for scheduling and inventory management

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforce compliance with employment policies, oversee cleanliness and guest safety
  • provide or direct Front of House training
  • manage performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
  • enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assist with development of key employees via daily feedback
  • review applications, conduct interviews, and hire or recommend hiring of Front of House employees
  • direct employee work including scheduling and task assignments
  • create fun and safe environment following core values and operational goals
  • implement contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
  • understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
