At Texas Roadhouse, the Service Manager role is a critical position that oversees all Front of House daily operations, ensuring that every guest experiences the legendary hospitality that defines the brand. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing all Front of House employees, supervising compliance with company policies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment within the restaurant.

The Service Manager is tasked with driving sales and enhancing guest satisfaction by implementing steps of service that align with Texas Roadhouse's high standards. This role involves providing or directing training for all Front of House staff, managing performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline, as well as handling liquor orders and controlling costs while enforcing Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines. Additionally, the Service Manager plays a vital role in employee development by offering daily feedback during one-on-one sessions and assisting with recruiting efforts by reviewing applications and conducting interviews.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • must be at least 21 years old to manage liquor
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening
