Texas Roadhouse is currently seeking a talented and dynamic Service Manager to lead and oversee all Front of House daily operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest receives the exceptional experience that the brand is known for. In this position, the Service Manager will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing steps of service, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage all Front of House employees efficiently, ensuring they perform at their best while maintaining compliance with employment policies and restaurant safety standards.
The role is highly involved with employee training, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment that motivates staff to deliver legendary service consistently. The Service Manager will also manage liquor orders, control liquor costs, and enforce responsible alcohol service and liquor laws. An essential part of the job is developing key employees and assistant managers through continuous feedback and coaching. Furthermore, the Service Manager will have responsibilities including recruitment, interview processes, staffing schedules, and orchestrating daily workflow to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to comply with employment policies and food safety regulations
- valid work authorization

- physical ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment
