Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar supervisory role
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • knowledge of liquor regulations and safety standards
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees through feedback and one-on-ones
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • directing work including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals
  • understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
