The role of Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse is a key leadership position designed for those who are passionate about people and exceptional guest service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant or hospitality
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service
  • ability to handle physical aspects of the job including standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proven ability to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including conducting evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • developing key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
