As the Service Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for monitoring guest experiences and proactively addressing any issues to maximize customer satisfaction. This individual will build strong connections with guests by regularly engaging with them throughout their visit, gaining valuable insights to continually improve service delivery. The Service Manager will also be tasked with mentoring and developing team members, driving employee engagement and ensuring staff competency in delivering high standards of service. Additional responsibilities include managing restaurant operations such as opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and shift management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Strong administrative skills will be applied in assisting general managers with cash handling and financial oversight. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Prior front of house and back of house manager experience
  • 3 plus years of restaurant experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Meets all company service standards
  • Energetic and flexible
  • Follows direction with focused attention
  • Ability to positively motivate employees to work as a team
  • Excellent communication
  • Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
  • Strong computer skills
  • Completes all ongoing certifications and validations such as LTO and new menu
  • Forms strong working relationships within team
  • Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
  • Adheres to company uniform attire and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
