The role of Service Manager at Bubba's 33 is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all Front of House daily operations and managing all Front of House employees to ensure that every guest receives legendary food and legendary service. This position demands a passionate individual with a strong commitment to people management, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Service Manager acts as a leader, mentor, and motivator, driving sales, ensuring compliance with employment policies, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to handle performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • valid liquor license or ability to obtain one preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • knowledge of front of house operations and guest service excellence
  • ability to manage a team effectively and provide constructive feedback
  • familiarity with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • capability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to maintaining a safe and clean restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • directing work including scheduling and task assignments
  • creating a fun and safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
