Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting in employee development through daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending Front of House employees
  • directing employee schedules and task assignments
  • creating a fun, safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
