The Service Manager role at Cintas is a pivotal leadership position within the customer-facing service team. This full-time, regular employee position primarily operates during the first shift and focuses on managing the team responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring operational efficiency. The Service Manager’s responsibilities are broad and multifaceted, encompassing staff recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and hands-on operational support. This position drives key business objectives including sales growth, profitability, inventory control, and budget management.

In this role, the Service Manager will provide direct supervision and coaching to service representatives, driving high performance through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer interactions. They are tasked with maintaining a safe working environment and fostering goodwill among customers through timely resolution of service issues and consistent delivery of world-class service. The position involves engaging with customers directly by performing pick-up and delivery duties as needed, which requires physical stamina and commitment to service excellence.

Financial accountability is a significant aspect of this role, as the Service Manager oversees budgets and works to achieve payroll and inventory goals that align with company objectives. The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $78,200 to $103,985 per year, with eligibility for an annual target bonus based on individual and company performance metrics.
