The Service Manager role at Cintas is a dynamic leadership position responsible for managing the customer-facing Service team directly. This role demands hands-on leadership, including hiring, performance management, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds company standards in customer satisfaction and operational performance. The Service Manager drives a customer-centric approach, resolving customer-related issues effectively while maintaining goodwill and strong relationships at customer sites. They oversee achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals as well as managing budgets and addressing operational challenges affecting service delivery. This role requires accompanying service representatives on customer visits, assisting in product pick-up and delivery, and maintaining a safe working environment. The Service Manager operates company-owned vehicles and handles physical tasks such as lifting and carrying Cintas products to ensure world-class service delivery. This position is full-time, on the first shift, and classified as regular employment, emphasizing both leadership and frontline service involvement. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Management experience and industrial sales or customer service background are desirable.
