In addition to managing employee performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline, the Service Manager oversees liquor orders and controls liquor costs while enforcing compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines. The role also includes supporting the development of key staff members by providing regular, constructive feedback. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
- Legal age to serve alcohol according to local laws
