Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to enforce company policies and procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

- Experience managing Front of House teams in a restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing legendary customer service
- Prior experience with scheduling and performance evaluations
Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations and coaching
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting in development of key employees through feedback and coaching
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- Directing work including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks
- Creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
