Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to enforce company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing Front of House teams in a restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing legendary customer service
  • Prior experience with scheduling and performance evaluations

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations and coaching
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting in development of key employees through feedback and coaching
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • Directing work including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks
  • Creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
