As a Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all Front of House daily operations in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for managing the team of servers, hosts, and bartenders to ensure every guest receives Legendary Food and Legendary Service. This role requires a leader who is passionate about people and is dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will drive sales efforts and uphold the high standards of service by training and coaching the Front of House staff, supervising daily operations, and enforcing compliance with employment policies and liquor laws. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or Front of House leadership role
  • knowledge of food safety standards and liquor laws
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and customer service skills
  • ability to train coach and mentor staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Driving sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • providing or directing Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations coaching and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees assistant managers and hourly staff
  • reviewing applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • directing work including setting schedules and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun safe environment through core values contests theme nights and staff incentives
  • understanding managing and practicing safe food handling procedures
