Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
