Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
Ability to coach and develop team members
Effective communication skills
Capability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
Understanding of responsible alcohol service
Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
Basic computer operation skills
Passion for training and developing team members
