Job Duties
- Direct and oversee the various components of running a restaurant such as food quality, guest satisfaction, and employee effectiveness
- Select, onboard, initiate, and retain employees to build a strong team
- Manage the staffing levels, organizing work schedules, and assessing staff competency
- Aid in coaching, training, and motivating crew and managers to succeed in business endeavors
- Administer the implementation of inventory plans, financial allocations, and food ordering protocols
- Abide by McDonald's standards to ensure food safety and uphold quality control
- Ensure the continual maintenance of high safety standards for the protection of both guests and workers
- Execute maintenance tactics and operational actions to meet and surpass performance metrics
