Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- effective communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service

- capability to drive sales and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety
- provide or direct all front of house training
- manage performance of front of house employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assist with development of key employees by providing daily feedback during one-on-ones
- review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring of front of house employees
- direct work for employees including setting hours, weekly schedules, and task assignments
- create a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals, implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
