Job Requirements

  • minimum age 21 years
  • one year previous restaurant management experience
  • must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • willingness to relocate within the assigned region
  • certification in food safety preferred
  • computer skills

  • certification in food safety such as SERVE safe preferred
  • willingness to relocate within the assigned region
  • computer skills

Job Duties

  • assist with staffing levels and shift assignments
  • manage employees including hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline, and termination
  • recruit, interview, and hire new employees
  • champion career development paths for team members
  • enforce safety and sanitary practices
  • ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and laws
  • participate as a management team member and respond to guest feedback
  • demonstrate menu knowledge and preparation techniques
  • engage in community and market-related opportunities
