- one year previous restaurant management experience
- must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- willingness to relocate within the assigned region
- certification in food safety preferred
- computer skills

Job Duties
- assist with staffing levels and shift assignments
- manage employees including hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline, and termination
- recruit, interview, and hire new employees
- champion career development paths for team members
- enforce safety and sanitary practices
- ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and laws
- participate as a management team member and respond to guest feedback
- demonstrate menu knowledge and preparation techniques
- engage in community and market-related opportunities
