Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- physical capability to stand and move during shift
- legal age for alcohol service

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing Front of House training
- managing performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assisting with employee development through feedback and coaching
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- setting work schedules and assigning employee tasks
- creating a fun and safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
