At Texas Roadhouse, the role of Service Manager is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all daily operations in the Front of House area. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • physical capability to stand and move during shift
  • legal age for alcohol service
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
