The role of Service Lot Porter at Baxter Toyota of Lincoln is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy dynamic, hands-on work in the automotive industry and are eager to contribute directly to excellent customer service and dealership operations. As a Service Lot Porter, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in the Service Department, ensuring a smooth and welcoming initial interaction. Additionally, you will handle moving, parking, and maneuvering vehicles around the dealership grounds with precision and care. Your responsibilities will also include transporting vehicles to various locations within the dealership, an essential function that keeps daily operations efficient and customer experiences positive. Beyond logistical tasks, you will actively contribute to enhancing the customer experience, ensuring each guest feels valued and taken care of during their visit. This role requires responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, with opportunities to take on additional duties assigned by management. The position offers competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour and a full-time schedule from Tuesday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, plus Saturdays from 7 AM to 3 PM. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate motor vehicles safely
- Willingness to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
