The Service Shop Maintenance/Lot Porter plays a crucial role within the Service Department by ensuring that the Service shop, drive, and service parking lots are maintained to the highest standards. This position is responsible for the efficient movement and transportation of vehicles throughout the dealership to support smooth service and inventory control processes. The Lot Porter will work closely with service technicians and managers to keep the service area clean, organized, and fully operational. Key responsibilities include valet parking, delivering vehicles as directed, cleaning the service department floor and workstations, and assisting with customer vehicle pick-up and delivery when necessary.

This is a fast-paced role that demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking to handle various duties such as operating floor machines, sweeping, disposing of trash and tires, and ensuring all tools and benches remain clean and tidy. The position may require weekend work based on business needs to maintain dealership operations at optimal levels. Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a clean record and pass both drug and background screenings.
