The role of Lot Attendant at O’Rielly Chevrolet is a critical part of the service department’s workflow. This position involves assisting with the movement and management of customer vehicles throughout the dealership to support efficient service operations. The Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting customers as they arrive at the service drive, notifying service consultants of scheduled appointments, and ensuring that vehicles are parked or moved according to production needs. This role also includes transporting customers within the dealership area and washing vehicles prior to delivery, which helps maintain the professional appearance of the service area.

In addition to vehicle management, the Lot Attendant is tasked with keeping the service drive and surrounding lot clean and organized, removing trash and performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned throughout the day.   • maintain neat and clean appearance
  • should be personable and properly represent O'Rielly Chevrolet
  • must be punctual, regular, and reliable
  • valid driver's license
  • minimum three year driving history with a good record- under 21, cannot have any moving violations
  • must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen including recreational marijuana

Job Duties

  • Greet customers as they arrive to service drive, advise service consultants of arriving customers for appointments
  • move customer vehicles to support production flow to include parking and maneuvering vehicles throughout the dealership
  • transport customers, pick up and deliver vehicles to customers
  • wash and dry automotive vehicles before delivering to customer service drive
  • clean service drive, remove trash, keep lot clean, other miscellaneous duties as needed
  • regular tasks given by management throughout the day
