Ford Ft. Collins, a proud member of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, is currently seeking a dedicated Service Lot Attendant to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the service department by managing the flow and care of vehicles on the service lot. The Service Lot Attendant acts as the first point of contact for customers arriving for service, greeting them warmly and directing them efficiently. Responsibilities include moving vehicles between lot and service areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking cars professionally, and assisting with customer transportation needs such as shuttling. This position requires a person who is highly precise, accountable, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. A valid in-state driver's license, good driving record, and authorization to work in the U.S. are necessary.
This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $17 to $19 per hour and operates on a schedule from Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM and one weekday off, with Sundays off. Job Duties
- Move vehicles, greet customers, clean cars and support service team
- direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner
- prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area
- clean, organize service drive, service shop and service lot
- keep the drive clear by parking cars and storing keys
- pick up and deliver customer vehicles or shuttle customers as needed
