Job Requirements

High school diploma
At least 1 year experience in automotive service industry or hospitality industry
Effective communication skills
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
At least 18 years of age
Ability to comply with company driving policy

Job Duties

Perform and provide accurate contracts for loaner agreements
Manage loaner fleet providing prepped clean vehicles ready for guests
Accurately inspect conditions of inbound and outbound vehicles with documentation
Provide up to date status of guests' vehicles in service for repair
Prepare new vehicles to enter loaner fleet
Monitor soon to be retired loaner vehicles to be transferred to sales department
Create reports of outstanding loaner vehicles that are due
Keep up to date of maintenance of loaner vehicles
