The position of Service Leader at the Austin General Office (GO) is an essential management role within this dynamic field service environment. It requires an individual who can strengthen relationships across the organization and act as a pivotal liaison among the Service team, the local Managing Partner, recruiters, and agents. The Service Leader’s role revolves around ensuring continuous alignment and collaboration that supports the operational success of the General Office.

As a trusted relationship manager, the Service Leader is responsible for understanding and addressing local agency needs effectively through tailored solutions and service enhancements. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as a passion for fostering a culture of partnership, engagement, and high performance. The Service Leader will supervise onsite specialists, oversee office operations including local facilities and financial processes, and orchestrate local engagement events to build stronger bonds between service and sales teams.

Additionally, the Service Leader will embrace the evolving technological landscape by providing training on AI-driven tools and digital platforms that empower agents and staff. This forward-thinking approach to service delivery ensures that the Austin General Office remains competitive and responsive to the demands of a modern insurance marketplace.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Austin General Office, offering an annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,131. Job Requirements

  • Must pass the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99 exams within the first six months of hire
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to advocate for the utilization of new service capabilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to learn quickly while managing in-office responsibilities
  • Proactive mindset in identifying and resolving service challenges

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Experience in client relationship, account management, or internal business partner-facing role preferred
  • Ability to influence across functions and levels without direct authority
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Background in training or coaching preferred

  • Address concerns with empathy, urgency, and accountability to maintain agent satisfaction
  • Oversee onsite specialists including performance management and workload monitoring
  • Collaborate with Agency sales team to align service initiatives with business goals
  • Deliver training and support on AI-driven tools and digital platforms
  • Plan and execute local engagement events to drive partnership and engagement
  • Lead training and onboarding for new service tools to foster adoption
  • Manage local facilities and technology support to enhance productivity
  • Oversee local financial processes ensuring transparency and accountability
