The Service Leader role at Chipotle is a vital position focused on maintaining high standards in food quality and customer service. This full-time opportunity, with base pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.03 per hour plus eligibility for digital tips, covers key responsibilities such as ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized service line and providing leadership support during shifts. Service Leaders work closely with restaurant crew to help train and develop front-of-house staff, contribute to crew performance evaluations, and assist in administrative duties including cash handling and inventory management. This role demands proactive engagement, requiring Service Leaders to stay on their feet during shifts and prioritize tasks dynamically to support team needs and uphold Chipotle's Food With Integrity standards. Job Duties

  • Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety which includes the following: ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies and procedures are followed
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Helping to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews
  • Developing future Service Leaders
  • Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as: banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and making sure office supplies are ordered as necessary
  • Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
