The role of Service Leader at Chipotle is pivotal to maintaining the high standards of food quality and customer service that the brand is known for. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about excellent food and superior customer experiences, as well as those who enjoy leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment. Service Leaders are responsible for ensuring that the food served meets Chipotle’s high standards and that safety and hygiene practices are rigorously followed. Benefits include tuition assistance covering select degrees up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and numerous opportunities for advancement within the company, noting that 80% of Chipotle’s managers started as Crew members.
