This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $22.85 to $25.44 per hour and presents growth opportunities, with 80% of Chipotle managers having started as crew members. Benefits include tuition assistance, free food, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, digital tips, holiday closures, and more. As a part of a values-driven, people-first organization, Chipotle is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
