The position of Service Leader at Chipotle represents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of changing the fast-food experience. Service Leaders are engaged in hands-on work and leadership tasks, necessitating being actively present and on their feet except during scheduled breaks. They are responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement by cross-training crew members, assisting with performance reviews, and identifying future leadership potential within the team. Moreover, Service Leaders have administrative responsibilities including managing cash handling policies, banking, office paperwork, and ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are maintained.

Chipotle offers competitive compensation, with a base pay range of $19.35 to $21.53 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips, reflecting different skill levels and experience. Job Duties

  • make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • help to resolve food quality issues
  • support food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, ensuring food safety policies and procedures are followed
  • help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • develop and cross train front of house crew
  • assist with crew performance reviews
  • develop future service leaders
  • assist with banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork
  • maintain office equipment and order supplies as necessary
  • ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
