The Service Leader role at Chipotle is a pivotal position focused on maintaining an exceptional customer experience through the delivery of safe, high-quality food and excellent customer service. Job Requirements
- have a high school diploma
- have restaurant experience
- be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
- have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- have familiarity with office paperwork
- have the ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

- be familiar with office paperwork
- have ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
Job Duties
- Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- help resolve food quality issues
- support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, secondary shelf lives, and ensuring food safety checklists are followed
- help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- develop and cross-train all front of house crew
- assist with crew performance reviews
- develop future service leaders
- assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- ensure office equipment is working and order supplies as needed
- maintain proper quantity of supplies
