The Service Leader role at Chipotle is a crucial position designed to maintain and improve the overall customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food preparation and service. Job Duties

  • making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • helping to resolve food quality issues
  • supporting food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following daily safety checklists
  • helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • assisting with crew performance reviews
  • developing future service leaders
  • assisting with office administration duties including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary
