Job Duties
- Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
- helping resolve food quality issues
- supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following food safety policies
- assisting in resolving customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
- monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- developing and cross training front of house crew
- assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
- handling miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies
- ensuring proper quantity of supplies available
