As a Service Leader, your core responsibility is to ensure that customers enjoy a positive dining experience by overseeing the food preparation and service process, ensuring all team members are well-trained and adhering to Chipotle's high standards. The role is dynamic and requires active involvement on the floor, including supervising the restaurant crew, maintaining clean and organized workstations, and ensuring all line equipment functions optimally. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Service Leaders play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing crew members, promoting the company’s Food With Integrity philosophy, and assisting in office administrative tasks such as cash handling and inventory management. This position demands a hands-on approach, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and team support. Job Duties

  • Ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • helping resolve food quality issues
  • supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following food safety policies
  • assisting in resolving customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
  • monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • developing and cross training front of house crew
  • assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
  • handling miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies
  • ensuring proper quantity of supplies available
