Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Restaurant experience
- Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- Understanding of food safety and health department regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to follow Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
- Familiarity with office administrative tasks

- Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Familiarity with office paperwork
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location
Job Duties
- Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Helping to resolve food quality issues
- Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, secondary shelf life checks, and completing the Daily Food Safety Checklist
- Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Developing and cross training all front of house crew
- Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
- Performing miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- Ensuring office equipment is maintained and supplies are ordered as necessary
- Managing proper quantity of supplies available
