Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Understanding of food safety and health department regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to follow Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Familiarity with office administrative tasks

  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

  • Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, secondary shelf life checks, and completing the Daily Food Safety Checklist
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training all front of house crew
  • Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
  • Performing miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment is maintained and supplies are ordered as necessary
  • Managing proper quantity of supplies available
