Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Prior restaurant experience
  • Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures
  • Understanding of food safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Physical ability to be on feet and perform duties while clocked in

  • Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Have a high school diploma
  • Have prior restaurant experience
  • Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy

Job Duties

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety by ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and completing Daily Food Safety Checklist
  • Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross train all front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews
  • Develop future service leaders
  • Assist with banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning and order office supplies as needed
  • Maintain proper quantity of supplies
