With locations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, Chipotle is unique in its model as it owns and operates all its restaurants in North America and Europe, ensuring consistent quality and operational excellence. The company is deeply committed to digital innovation, sustainable business practices, and fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.

The Service Leader role at Chipotle plays a critical part in the mission to provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that high-quality food is prepared and served safely and efficiently. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational needs, managing crew schedules, and supporting performance development. Service Leaders also take part in administrative duties, including cash handling, banking, and supply management.

Ideal candidates take pride in fostering positive customer interactions and fully understand Chipotle’s commitment to food safety standards, including proper hand washing, glove usage, temperature control, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, as Chipotle values internal development, with a significant percentage of its managers having been promoted from crew roles. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.80 to $20.90, augmented by digital tips and a comprehensive benefits package.
