Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous restaurant experience
- Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety and health department matters
- Ability to understand and articulate company philosophy
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the primary language(s) of the work site

- Understanding of cash handling policies and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety and health department regulations
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on feet and complete tasks proactively
Job Duties
- Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Resolve food quality issues
- Monitor food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature on the line, secondary shelf lives, and adherence to food safety policies
- Assist in resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross train front of house crew
- Assist with crew performance reviews
- Develop future service leaders
- Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork
- Maintain office equipment and manage office supplies
- Ensure availability of proper supply quantities as needed
