Job Duties
- making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- helping to resolve food quality issues
- supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, shelf life, and food safety checklists
- helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
- developing and cross training front of house crew
- assisting with crew performance reviews
- developing future service leaders
- assisting with office administration duties like banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
