Job Duties

  • making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • helping to resolve food quality issues
  • supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, shelf life, and food safety checklists
  • helping to resolve customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
  • developing and cross training front of house crew
  • assisting with crew performance reviews
  • developing future service leaders
  • assisting with office administration duties like banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
