Job Requirements

  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy

  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy

Job Duties

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety by ensuring hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies
  • Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Develop and cross train all front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews
  • Develop future service leaders
  • Assist with office administration duties including banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork
  • Ensure office equipment remains functional and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
