Job Requirements
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- have restaurant experience
- have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- have familiarity with office paperwork
- be able to speak write read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- make sure great tasting high quality food is served
- help to resolve food quality issues
- support food safety including hand washing and glove changes monitoring time and temperature on the line monitoring secondary shelf lives and ensuring food safety policies are followed
- help to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- monitor crew breaks shift changes shift meetings and line schedules
- develop and cross train front of house crew
- assist with crew performance reviews
- develop future service leaders
- assist with office administration duties such as banking cash handling policies and office paperwork
- ensure office equipment remains in working order and order office supplies as necessary
- ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
