Job Duties
- Execute great daily deployment as scheduled by general manager for the day to day operations in the front of house
- Build a positive atmosphere where guests always feel welcomed and leave satisfied
- Train existing crew and new hires to become confident in their ability to deliver the PURALIMA standard
- Identify and develop future leaders
- Challenge the team to become better every day
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Maintain a clean and organized line with properly functioning line equipment
- Manage food safety through line temps, hand washing and glove use
- Monitor secondary shelf lives and enforce all food safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrate clear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbook
- Effectively communicate changes to restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, and team member benefits
- Assist in the resolution of customer incidents and work to ensure a positive guest experience
- Facilitate marketing, promotions, and events
- Live and represent the PURALIMA Cantina brand day in and day out
