Job Duties

  • Execute great daily deployment as scheduled by general manager for the day to day operations in the front of house
  • Build a positive atmosphere where guests always feel welcomed and leave satisfied
  • Train existing crew and new hires to become confident in their ability to deliver the PURALIMA standard
  • Identify and develop future leaders
  • Challenge the team to become better every day
  • Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
  • Maintain a clean and organized line with properly functioning line equipment
  • Manage food safety through line temps, hand washing and glove use
  • Monitor secondary shelf lives and enforce all food safety policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbook
  • Effectively communicate changes to restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, and team member benefits
  • Assist in the resolution of customer incidents and work to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Facilitate marketing, promotions, and events
  • Live and represent the PURALIMA Cantina brand day in and day out
