Job Duties
- Safely drive and park customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service drive, lot, and facility
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up in a professional and friendly manner
- Retrieve vehicles for service advisors and technicians as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and vehicle inventory
- Wash or prepare vehicles for customer delivery when required
- Assist with shuttle or valet driving for customers when needed
- Perform basic vehicle checks such as ensuring vehicles have adequate fuel or are ready for delivery
- Help maintain a safe and efficient flow of vehicles through the service department
- Support service advisors, technicians, and management with miscellaneous tasks as assigned
