We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Service Lane Coordinator to join our busy service department team. This role is essential to creating a smooth and professional experience for our customers, while also ensuring that the daily operations of the service lane run efficiently. As a Service Lane Coordinator, you will be the initial point of contact for customers entering the service area, greeting them warmly and directing their vehicles appropriately. You will assist with vehicle check-in processes, including installing seat covers and floor mats to protect customer vehicles during service. The role requires safely moving vehicles throughout the service area and parking lot to facilitate smooth operations.

Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas, supporting shuttle coordination, and managing loaner vehicle tracking. Additionally, you will assist with fueling vehicles, light cleaning duties, and seasonal snow removal to ensure a safe and presentable environment. Providing friendly and helpful service to every guest is a key expectation, contributing to an overall positive experience. This position demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
